The A.C.T.S. began its foundational operations in Dallas, TX in Fall of 2006. Our mission is to provide exceptional quality training and mentoring that lead to future opportunities and growth. Our vision is to “transform average to uniqueness”, which is underscored through our mantra:“Purpose Computer Training”.

The founder, Donald Helaire, is a computer science professional with over ten years of information technology experience. Donald holds a degree in Web Application Programming, and is a Certified Microsoft Professional. Donald is also devoted to his Christian faith.
