People network management is an intelligence that comes with observation and experience.
It is a requirement if your work involves dealing with a lot of people. You can successfully manage a person if you know something about them. This is a skill that when used properly (for good intensions), will produce great benefits and success. On the other hand if used improperly (for negative intensions), then only negative results will incur.
Status and value
Status and value (SV) are two significant elements within an organization. Both are interrelated and produce success. If SV does not exist at the beginning, then it can definitely be achieved over time. Positive recognition is one quality of SV. Some achieve it before others. However once it’s a known identity, then one must continue to improve and protect it.
Adaptation to change
Adaptation to change has always been a significant requirement for success. In the industrial climate,
progress is measured by the implementation of adaptability. Therefore one must always remain open and watchful for change and the opportunities it presents.
Righteousness
The defense against adversity and negativity is inner strength and wisdom. This must come from a divine belief and faith.
